WINDSOR – Otis Lee Spell, 85, of Windsor, formerly of Hamilton, died Sunday, October 11, 2020 at Windsor House, Windsor. A private viewing was held on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at the Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor which handled the arrangements.
