AHOSKIE, NC – Larry W. Holloman of Ahoskie, NC passed away on April 1, 2021.

Celebration of life services were held at Ahoskie Soul Saving Station on April 7, 2021.

Mr. Holloman taught math and competency at Hertford County High School. He was also the former head coach of the Hertford County Lady Bears Varsity Basketball team. He coached athletics for 30 years.

He served on several boards; was a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and worked with the North Carolina Department of Instruction for 14 years.

Mr. Holloman will greatly be missed by many; especially his wife, Lorraine; children, Kevin and Alecia; eight grandchildren; mother, Rosetta P. Holloman; siblings, Leon Holloman, William Holloman, Johnny Holloman, Jimmie Holloman, Roy Holloman, Rosemary Holloman Peters, Maxine Holloman and Deborah Lawrence; along with many nieces and nephews, family and friends.
