HAMPTON, VA – Elfred Collins Deloatch, 94, of Hampton, VA, formerly of Rich Square, died August 28, 2020 in Chesapeake, VA. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at First Baptist Rich Square Church Cemetery, Rich Square. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Rich Square, is handling the arrangements.
