SUNBURY – Valerie Costen, 63, of Sunbury, died Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center, Elizabeth City. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 14, 2019 at St. John A.M.E. Zion Church, Sunbury. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Stallings Funeral Home, Elizabeth City, is handling the arrangements.
