William Edward Wiggins, 59, of Pearl Street, Aulander, died December 25, 2008.
A native of Bertie County, he was a member of Aulander First Baptist Church and a employed as a farmer.
Survivors include brothers, Woodrow Wiggins of Gaffney, SC, Thurman Wiggins of Halifax, James Luther Wiggins of Aulander and Nathaniel Barnes and Robert Barnes, both of Portsmouth, VA;
sisters, Nettie Jones of Windsor, Vickie Dale of Aulander, Ivory Mitchell of Ahoskie, Rose Vann of Portsmouth, VA and Faye Parker of Alaska
Funeral services were held on Monday, Dec. 29 at Aulander First Baptist Church with Rev. Ronald Taylor officiating.
Wilder’s Funeral Home Inc., Aulander, was in charge of the arrangements.
