Adam Cooke

Adam Spencer Cooke, 29, of View Nicholson Road, Williamston, died Sunday, April 5, 2009 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville.
A native of Aulander, he was the son of Larry Cooke Sr. and Faye Jerman Cooke of Aulander.
Adam worked as a technician with Direct TV of New Bern. He was also the owner of Adam’s Tree Service.
He graduated from Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal, VA in 1998.
Cooke was married on April 22, 2007 to Denise Edwards who survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Miranda Holliday of the home; his parents; a brother, Larry Cooke Jr. and wife, Karla, of Aulander; a sister, Kelly Cooke of San Francisco, CA; nephews, Alden Cooke and Hayden Cooke; his father and mother-in-law, Billy and Judy Edwards of Williamston; sisters-in-law, Kimberly Jones and husband, Steve, and Sharon Edwards and friend, James Long, all of Williamston; and a brother-in-law, Troy Edwards and wife, Martha, of Robersonville.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2009 at Biggs Funeral Home Chapel, 302 West Main Street, Williamston, with the Rev. John Keeter and the Rev. Robbie Parker officiating. Burial will be in the Aulander Cemetery, Aulander.
