Richard L. Cherry, 40, of Windsor died Monday, July 13, 2009 at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
He was a native of Bertie County.
Survivors include four children, Frank, Isaiah, Dakota and Devin.
A funeral was held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Mont Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Windsor with Rev. Travis Judkins officiating. Burial took place at the Outlaw Family Cemetery in Windsor.
Cherry Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
