Johnny Lee Parker Jr., 26, of Pinetops Circle, Murfreesboro, died Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at Roanoke Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie.
Born in Virginia Beach, Va., he was a graduate of Cornerstone University in Maryland and was self-employed with Hardwood Construction Company.
Survivors include his father, Johnny Lee Parker Sr. of Conway; a daughter, Natasha Parker of Ahoskie; three sons, De’Quez Parker and Jermiah Parker, both of Murfreesboro, and Erion Parker of Ahoskie; three brothers, Donnie Parker and Larry Reid Jr. both of Murfreesboro, and Keyvontae Woodley of Conway; three sisters, Crystal Parker of Murfreesboro, Annie Britt of Virginia Beach, Va. and Susan Basnight of Murfreesboro.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 29, 2009 at Nebo Baptist Church, Murfreesboro with Rev. James Brown. Burial of Carver Park Cemetery in Murfreesboro.
