Joe Wynne Sr., 100, of Ahoskie died April 6, 2010 at Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation, Windsor.
A native of Bertie County, he was a retired farm worker and a Deacon at United Full Gospel Church, Harrellsville.
Survivors include daughters, Estelle W. Askew, Louise W. Collins and Dorothea W. Nichols, all of Colerain, and Dorothy White and Shelia Jones, both of Ahoskie; sons, Charlie Wynne of Oriental, Josephus Wynne of Tyner and Kermit Wynne of Gates; and 25 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 10 at Piney Wood Chapel Baptist Church, Ahoskie, with the Rev. Clarence Dandy officiating. Burial will be in the United Full Gospel Church Cemetery, Harrellsville.
