Celia Mae Bartley, 83, of  108 Roberts Road, Rich Square, died Monday, August 30, 2010 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Wilder’s Funeral Home Chapel, Rich Square. Burial will be in Branches Chapel Baptist Church  Cemetery, Rich Square. Wilder’s Funeral Home Inc., Rich Square, is handling the arrangements.
