EDENTON – The football contest scheduled to be played here Friday night has been postponed.

Hertford County High School will now pay their visit to face Edenton at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, October 4.

“We have already made the decision to move the football game to make sure our student-athletes, coaches and fans are safe,” Hertford County High School Athletic Director Charles Simmons said. “We encourage everyone to come out and support Coach Privott and the team on Monday night.”
