AHOSKIE – Purdis Pugh Brewington, 82, of Ahoskie died Thursday, October 28, 2010 at Roanoke Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, November 1, 2010 at Pleasant Plains Baptist Church. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
