WINDSOR — Bertie County will hold a ceremony in memory and honor of the victims and survivors of the April 16 tornadoes.

The event will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24 at the Bertie Middle School gym, located on US 13 north of Windsor.
