WINDSOR – Mary Ethel Gilliam Rascoe, 82, of Governor’s Road, Windsor, died Thursday, September 15, 2011 at Three Rivers Nursing Home, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 18, 2011 at Church of God for All People, Windsor. Burial will be in the Indian Woods Baptist Church Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Funeral Home Inc., Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
