Paul and Mildred Vaughan ofMurfreesboro along with Calvin H. Handsome of High Point and Zita D. Smith of Chester, VA announce the engagement of their children, Damian Jermaine Vaughan and Amber Joy Smith, both of Greensboro. The future bride and groom are graduates of North Carolina A&T State University where they met in their junior year. Damian has a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Amber has a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. The couple will exchange wedding vows at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20 at the Emerald Event Center in Greensboro followed immediately by a reception.
