One-Stop ends Saturday

One-Stop Voting draws to a close Saturday.

Those wishing to cast a ballot before Election Day have only two days remaining in which to meet the early-voting deadlines.

Northampton’s citizens have a variety of options when it comes to voting One-Stop. The primary location is at the Northampton County Board of Elections Office off N.C. 305 in Jackson.  The office will be open 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Friday.

The other two locations will be the Roanoke Center, located at 409 North Main Street in Rich Square, and the E.E. Odom Center, located at 221 Craig Street in Gaston. Each of those locations is available from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and 1:30-5 p.m.

All three sites will be open from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3.

Those wishing to vote during the One-Stop balloting in Hertford County may do so at various locations. One site is at the Elections Office on North King Street in Winton. That office is open from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. today (Friday). There will also be Saturday voting in Winton. The office hours will be from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Another location in Hertford County will be at the Murfree Center on Broad Street in Murfreesboro. Those wishing to vote will see the office open from 1-7 p.m. on Friday, and 8:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3.

The other site will be at the Ahoskie Nutrition Site which is located at 415 Holloman Avenue. Voting at that center will mirror the hours and days of those at the Murfree Center.

Bertie County citizens may vote One-Stop in one of two locations.

The Windsor site will from 8:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Friday and is located at the Board of Elections Office on Watson Street.

The other site in Bertie County will be the Powellsville Town Hall. The hours for that site will be 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Both locations will be open on one Saturday, Nov. 3. The Windsor site will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3 and the Powellsville site will be open from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. the same day.

The One-Stop voting hours in Gates County are 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Friday, and 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3.

The One-Stop polling place is at the Gates County Administration Building (the offices of the County Manager, Tax and Water departments at 200 Court Street in Gatesville). Voting there will take place in the conference room (second door on the right from the front entrance).
