RICHMOND, VA – Walter J. Boone, 77, of Richmond, VA, formerly of Northampton County, died Saturday, December 8, 2012 at VCU Medical College of Virginia, Richmond, VA. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2012 in the chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home, Roanoke Rapids, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in the Garner Family Cemetery, Gaston.
