WINDSOR – Larry Wayne Outlaw, 55, of Woodard Road, Windsor, died Thursday, June  6, 2013 at Down East Health Care Center, Gatesville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at St. Paul Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
