WINDSOR – Clara Eula Pugh Outlaw, 86, of Bud’s Lane, Windsor, died Sunday, October 26, 2014 at Vidant Hospice Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at St. Francis Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
