GATES – Raleigh Boone, 96, of Gates, died Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice, Greenville. He served in the Navy during World War II. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, April 3, 2015 at New Hope Baptist Church, Gatesville. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Gates, is handling the arrangements.
