GATES – Cecilia Melton Perry of Gates died Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, VA. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2015 at Meherrin Native American Church, Winton. Burial will follow in the Boone Family Cemetery.  Hunter’s Funeral Home, Gates, is handling the arrangements.
