AHOSKIE – Oris Rocco Hall, Sr., 59, of Ahoskie died Siunday, February 21, 2016 at Down East Nursing Home, Gatesville. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Pleasant Plains Baptist Church, Ahoskie. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
