AHOSKIE – Joe Cephus Lassiter, 82, of Ahoskie, died Friday, October 21, 2016 at his residence. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Open Arms Church, Ahoskie. Massey Funeral Home is assisting the family with the services.
