ELIZABETH CITY – Calvin DeFrance Perry, 66, of Elizabeth City died Monday, March 27, 2017 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, Norfolk, VA. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Zion Hill Baptist Church, Colerain. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
