WINDSOR – Sarah Smallwood Bond, 89, of Grabtown Road, Windsor, died Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Transitions Hospice Care Center, Raleigh. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Indian Woods Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
