JACKSON – Hubert Earl Baggett, 79, of Jackson, a native of Bertie County, died Friday, January 26, 2018 at his residence. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Jackson Cemetery. Askew Funeral Services, Jackson Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
