SCOTTSDALE, AZ – Celia Vaughan, 89, of Scottsdale, Arizona, a native of Hertford County, died January 19, 2018 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at First Baptist Murfreesboro. Burial will be in the Vaughan Family Cemetery, Murfreesboro. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
