CONWAY – Willie Joseph Bishop, Jr., 61, of Conway, North Carolina departed this earthly life on Friday, May 18 2018 in Rich Square, North Carolina. He was born on October 2, 1956 in Hertford County to the parentage of Annie Moore and the late Willie Joe Bishop, Sr.

His life, love and spirit shall forever remain in the hearts of: his daughters, Kimberly Deloatch of Knightdale, North Carolina, Crystal Deloatch of Garner, North Carolina, Velecia Neal of Potecasi, North Carolina and Treva Neal of Raleigh, North Carolina; seven grandchildren De’Asia, Andre, Essence, Imani, Sin’Cere, Laniyah and Lynai; seven sisters, Carrie Crowe of Williamston, North Carolina, Georgia Leary of Hartford, Connecticut, Estella Bishop of Murfreesboro, North Carolina, Terry Bush (Albert) of Woodland, North Carolina, Juanita Mosley (George) of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, Marjorie Edwards, and Isabell Jones (Willie), all of Rich Square, North Carolina; four brothers, Roy Tyler of Conway, North Carolina, Arthur Bishop (Athelia) of Newport News, Virginia, James Moore (Belinda) of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Garland Moore (Deborah) of Suffolk, Virginia; nd a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

L. Faison’s Funeral Care, LLC at 301 Park Street in Seaboard, North Carolina have been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Zion Grove Baptist Church located at 1631 NC Hwy 561 in Aulander, North Carolina with Rev. James Mercer delivering words of comfort. He will be laid to rest in the Jacobs Cemetery on HWY 305, Rich Square, North Carolina.
