RALEIGH – Parker Robert Stancil, 60 of Raleigh, formerly of Northampton County, died Monday, August 20, 2018 in Garner. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Sunday, August 26, 2018 in the Rich Square Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Roanoke Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery, Jackson.
