RICHMOND, VA – William Everett Picot, Jr., 81, formally of Como, died Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Chippenham Hospital, Richmond, VA. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Mill Neck Baptist Church, Como. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
