RALEIGH – Joseph Henry Jenkins, 71, of Raleigh, formerly of West Main Street, Powellsville, died Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Transitions Life Care, Raleigh. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Greater Wynns Grove Baptist Church, Colerain. Burial, with military honors, will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
