JACKSON – Wilbert Cotton, 87, of Jackson, a native of Halifax County, died April 3, 2019 at Northampton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Jackson. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the J. W. Memorial Chapel of T. L. Faison’s Funeral Care, Seaboard, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in Phillips Cemetery, Seaboard.
