KELFORD – William Spencer Wiggins, Sr., 76, of Kelford died Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Vidant Roanoke Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 19, 2020 at First Baptist Church Kelford. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
