HARRELLSVILLE – Brenda Newsome Hoggard, of Harrellsville 68, died Friday, February 28, 2020 at Vidant Roanoke Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Christian Harbor Baptist Church, Harrellsville. Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service, Ahoskie, handled the arrangements.
