WINDSOR – Gladys O’tellia Bond, 78, of Windsor died Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
