CHARLOTTE – Marquise K. Bailey, 37, of Charlotte, a native of Hertford County, died Sunday, March 22, 2020 in Charlotte. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2020 in the Chapel of Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, who is handling the arrangements.
