MURFREESBORO – Otis James Tann, 68, of Murfreesboro died Monday, August 3, 2020 at Vidant Roanoke Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Gus Grant Family Cemetery, Conway. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
