WINDSOR – Emma Louise Williams Pugh, 85, of Windsor died Friday, April 16, 2021 at Lewis-Gale Medical Center, Salem, VA. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow at Williams Family Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
