WINDSOR – Nellie Hoggard Clark, 91, of Windsor died Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service, Ahoskie, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, Ahoskie.
