SEABOARD – David Lee Richardson, 62, of Seaboard died Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Signature Healthcare Center, Roanoke Rapids. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the Chapel of T.L. Faison’s Funeral Care, Seaboard, which is handling the arrangements.
