ROANOKE RAPIDS – Ned Lewis Parker, Jr. of Roanoke Rapids, formerly of Seaboard, died Sunday, June 6, 2021 at Vidant North Hospital, Roanoke Rapids. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at Phillip’s Cemetery, Seaboard. T.L. Faison’s Funeral Care, Seaboard, is handling the arrangements.
