PORTSMOUTH, VA – Iris Cooper, 79, of Portsmouth, VA, formerly of Hertford County, died Friday, March 4, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at the Chapel of Fisher Funeral Home, Portsmouth, VA. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Ahoskie. Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
