Winton man arrested for Rich Square crime

JACKSON – An arrest has been made for a disturbance at a residence in Rich Square on Oct. 22.
On Oct. 29, Justice Moses, age 26, of Winton was served with arrest warrants by the Hertford County Sheriff’s Office, who turned him over to the Northampton County Sheriff’s Office.
Moses stands charged with one count of breaking and entering with intent to injure and terrorize, one count of assault and battery, one count of injury to personal property, and one count of injury to real property.
NCSO Sgt. W. Killian responded to disturbance at a residence in Rich Square on Oct. 22. Upon arrival and investigation, arrest warrants were later obtained for Moses.
Moses, who was jailed under a $10,000 secured bond, was scheduled to make his initial appearance on Thursday of this week in Northampton County Criminal District Court.
