WINDSOR – Rachel Morris Hill, 94, of Windsor died Thursday, March 2, 2023 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Pillar of Fire Tabernacle Ministries Church, Windsor. Burial will follow at St. Paul Baptist Church Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
