Investigation underway in officer-involved shooting

WINDSOR – Confirmed sources say there was an officer-involved shooting today (Monday) at the Cashie Apartments in Windsor.
It is not known at this time what agency the officer represented or the medical status of the person that was shot.
The Roanoke-Chowan News-Herald is working to gain more information and will update this story when that info becomes available.
