CARY – Willie McCoy Outlaw, 64, of Cary, formerly of Windsor, died Monday, November 13, 2023 at Wake Med Hospital, Raleigh. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
