Born on March 21, 1943, in Marianna, Florida, Rayburn was the son of the late Walter Lee Brock and Mary Ann Kolowski Brock. He dedicated many years to his profession as a barber at the Norfolk Naval Base, where he skillfully catered to the grooming needs of the servicemen. Outside of work, Rayburn found joy in fishing with his brother, Johnny, creating countless memories and nurturing their shared passion. As we bid farewell to Rayburn, we hold dear the memories of his love, kindness, and unwavering dedication to his family. May he find eternal peace in the embrace of his loved ones who have gone before him. He is preceded in death by his father, Walter Lee Brock; his mother, Mary Ann Kolowski Brock; his son, Rayburn Lee Brock Jr.; and his daughter, Deborah Knuckles.
