WINDSOR – To help soybean growers in North Carolina stay ahead of the curve and meet this challenge head-on, North Carolina Cooperative Extension is partnering with the North Carolina Soybean Producers Association (NCSPA) to host six Regional Soybean Schools throughout the state. These Soybean Schools will deliver research-based information for optimizing soybean production.
The lead-off event will be held from 8:30 am until 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 18 at the North Carolina Cooperative Extension – Bertie County Center located at 104 Lancaster Avenue, Windsor. Topics include keys to soybean fertility management for average/high yield and drought/high organic environments, in-season soybean nutrition and precision nutrient management strategies, and updates on county-led research and from the NCSPA.
