ROANOKE RAPIDS – Ernest Melvin Lowe, Jr., 76, of Roanoke Rapids died Sunday, March 17, 2024 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center, Winston Salem. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, Seaboard. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. T.L.
