WASHINGTON, DC – Louise Boone Pair, 92, of Washington, DC, formerly of Northampton County, died Monday, July 15, 2024 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Diamond Grove Baptist Church, Skippers, VA. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. T.L.
